Should there be a penalty for taking bathroom breaks at the office? Workers at a Chicago company say they could face disciplinary action if they spend more than 6 minutes in the restroom a day. According to union officials, 19 workers at the company have been disciplined for excessive wash room use. The company says they lost 120 hours in work time for excessive bathroom breaks in May.
