Should you hide veg? I remember reading a post about this question on another blog recently. The writer was dead against it. Me, well I agree in part. I do want my babe to try veg in their whole form BUT he’s going through a particularly fussy phase at the moment and I want that veg in and I don’t mind how – whole or hidden. That ‘hiding veg’ thinking was the inspiration for writing this recipe for the good folks at Norton Plaza. These lamb cutlets are coated in a pesto so delicious that no one will ever know it’s packed with kale! Genius. Give it a try. Its a quick tasty way to flavour the lamb. The babes will love it!
