Shoulder Boulders!! Look at those babies!! Super proud ------------------------------------------------ This is part of my shoulder workout from the other day. ✔️ Front Shoulder Plate Raise for the front delts ✔️ Lateral Shoulder Raise for the top of the delts ✔️ Rear Delt Rope Pull for the rear delts. ------------------------------------------------- If you want to add some mass to those shoulders perform low reps with heavy weight & if you simply just want to shape up, perform high reps with light weight. ------------------------------------------------ Keep it strong peeps! ✌️ &
