Shoulder training: My favorite!! In addition to heavy presses (seated DB, standing BB, and DB push press), these are my favorite moves to finish out my shoulder sessions: lateral raise, seated rear delt, high pull, bent over rear delt, and front raise. I perform 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps each with 12.5-17.5 lb DBs and 30-40 lbs of resistance on the cables. Im trying to build rear delts more to help with strength and size imbalances at the moment. Want to enhance your hourglass shape and build symmetry to balance out a strong lower body or back? Train shoulders at least 1-2 x week. I usually train shoulders on kickboxing day (Spar class at Spark Fitness) to get that extra burn. Hope you enjoy my soundtrack as much as I did!
