Shoulders a sticking point? Want to know how T-Pain and Superman train them??! Youve got to hit all three heads of the shoulder with a mix of presses, raises, and pulls. In my opinion it should be heavy too!! Me and Hendrick Fitness ran through a quick session here: WU and skills - Muscle ups and double unders 1. Overhead press - 4x8 2a. Lateral raises - 3x8-10 2b. Face pulls - 3x10-12 3. Arnold presses - 3x10 TAG your training partner in the comments section if youre gonna give this one a go! #BOULDERS
