Shout out: For the first time My daughter Cintia Cabral graced me with her presence at the gym and decided she was ready to train legs with me and Jen Nash last night?! I was like WUT?! 😳😄😜👏👏👏👍👌👊 Not only did she keep up with our pace but she completed every single Rep!! Needless to say this girl could not walk today, but she loved the feeling. She has a true Beastette in her!! She was a quick learner, no complaints, she Just did the work! She said she felt like throwing up, yet never walked away. 😂 My dream is to try to Inspire people and make a difference in someones life but nothing is more gratifying to me than being able to inspire My own child to chose a better and healthier lifestyle!! HER: I never wanted to get it when i was younger but now I get it.... I feel so sore but it feels great.....I want us to be a healthy/fit family together, Thank you Mom!! ME: I will help you if you let me. To be successful at anything you must personally be ready to make Those changes without anyone pressuring you and you must be ready to do what it takes, just never give up! So proud of her!! She is a true Beastette, she is a True Cabral!! 💪👊
