Shout out to Jordon Small...i was watching the player from L.S.U. Leave the game due to a pulled hamstring, it reminded me of the pain that this injury causes. My son played the entire season with a hamstring injury. He had therapy at Southern Bone and Joint every Thursday before each game. He did this until the last game of the season. He wanted to play so bad that he went to a massage therapist after his regular therapy session each week. Through all of this, he was inducted into the national honor society, and had all As on his last report. Some athletes would not have played with this injury. But Jordon never complaind. And oh yea, he still finished the season with two interceptions, numerous tackles, countless breakups. In the state playoff game against Oxford on friday night, he had a fumble recovery, a pass breakup that would have surely went for a touchdown, a led the team in tackles. Great season Jordon Small.
