Shout-out to the LAMEco motorcycle team riding a few bikes that people said would never finish a race in Mexico, and well the idea was just LAME!! They accepted the challenge, and have stood on the top block the last 3 years in a row with their KC HID POD equipped ‘71 Honda sl350 in the Norra Mexican 1000 - Fan Page Vintage Light class. They also pilot a KC HID POD equipped ’77 Yamaha tt500 that made history in the NORRA Super Vintage class as the first of its kind to finish a Baja Peninsula race in second place against much more modern bikes. This year they brought home a hard earned 3rd place, while the team also brought home the Azuñia Tequila Spirit of NORRA award for the second year in a row.
