Showers will clear away this evening to leave a mainly dry and fine night with just a slight risk of one or two showers across Scotland and NW England. Another warm night to come across the East and South East with temperatures struggling to drop below 16c, elsewhere overnight temperatures will range from 12-14c. Tomorrow will be much like today, although showers will be more confined to NW Scotland and parts of Southern England (some of these may turn thundery during the afternoon). Despite the shower risk, it will remain mainly fine with variable amounts of cloud cover with temperatures climbing to 24c across central and south eastern areas, temperatures generally ranging from 18-21c for England and Wales. Cooler across North West Scotland with maximums of 16c, warmer across North East Scotland with maximums reaching 19c, although there is a shower risk throughout the day here.
