Shred join me my meal plan : Week2 Shred day 1 Meal 1 (8:30am) 2 pieces of 100% whole wheat bread 1 piece of fruit 1 small bowl of sugar free cereal With 1% fat free milk Snack 1 (10am) 100 calories Meal 2 ( 11:30) 1 bowl of soup 250 calories 1 piece of fruit 1 cup of flavored water Snack 2 (1 pm) Meal 3 (3:30pm) 1 small green garden salad (3tablespoon) of dressing 1piece of 4-6 oz baked or grill fish 1 servings of veggies Water Meal 4 (7pm) 1 protein shake 250 cal. 1 serving of veggies Lemon water Snack 3 (8:30pm) 100 cal. 40 min. of workouts!
