Shredded Chicken - quick and easy! I would like to kiss the person who realized that you could shred chicken with your kitchen aid mixer!! I now have enough cooked, shredded chicken in baggies and in my freezer for any upcoming chicken recipes for the month! I LOVE to keep cooked shredded chicken in the freezer for when you need a dinner in an hour meal. Thanks Adrienne for sharing that tip with me last spring. I now officially feel HOME.
