Shrugs are one of the number 1 things we see being done at The Gym that could use some serious improvement. Here is a good video to help take your traps to the next level. Note, a good way to know when you have gone too heavy is when you are having to pop your hips to get upward momentum with the bar in order to complete the shrug.
