Shweta Kawatra replaces Shama Sikander as Bhayankar Pari in SAB TVs Baalveer. Baalveer is a prominent fantasy TV series on SAB TV (Optimystix) that entertains kids and takes them into magical trips to fairyland. Further to Baalveer’s battle with Bhayankar Pari, he defeats the evil fairy and emerges victorious. The evil fairy dies and Baalveer gets engrossed in other magical conquests. In today previous report, ETN revealed about Shweta Kawatra entry in Baalveer upcoming project. Now the character of Bhayankar Pari was played by Shama Sikander. She has quit the show and thus the introduction of the death scene. Furthermore, as per the track, Shweta Kawatra as Bhayankar Pari will be reborn to seek revenge and fight with Baalveer. A source from the sets said that Shweta has always been fascinated with fairy tales and mythical creatures from her childhood. Shweta basically comes in as Shama’s replacement in the show. Shweta Kawatra who has been a prominent face amongst TV celebrities/actors will be returning to the small screen after a hiatus of almost two years. We spoke with Shweta to know her thoughts about the forthcoming role. She said, “I have grown up watching fairy tales and always been endeared by them. The villains in these mythical tales always made me wonder about their character traits, about their flamboyant dresses and vibrant personalities. It was a pleasant surprise when I was offered the role of Bhayankar Pari. I had never imagined that I would get a chance to enact a role wherein I would relive my childhood fantasy. It’s a challenging role with interesting shades & I am looking forward to it.” It is going to be a war of epic proportions as the righteous Baalveer battles with the evil Bhayankar Pari.
