Yesterday, in the evening by the NBI agents while he was confident that things have cooled down since it gas been 1 year now, and with the security of Ritz Tower hesitant to cooperate, the NBI agent led by Atty Isidor outsmarted the Ritz security Some agent at around 10:00pm mingled with other tenants and rode the elevator while others used the fire escape. Atty Isisdoro asserted his authority and brought the Chief Securoty along, para soya ang kumatok sa pintuan ng penthouse. A sister of Guerrero opened it after seeing the Chief Security and the NBI men stormed in on Ferdinand Guerrero. He was booked, mug shots taken then placed in the NBI jail till this morning he was presented to the media. By virtue of the Warrant of Arrest released by Judge Fe Esperanza Cortes NO BAIL was recommended for Guerrero. He will remain in the custody of the NBI and will stay there until his lawyers can file a Petition for Bail at the sala of the new judge handling this case grants it. If he will grant it Jed Fernandez is next and it wont be long now. I assure you. With the arrest of Guerrero, Jeds lawyer according to Atty Isidoro is willing to turn himself in, accompanied by their mayor in Quezon.
