¡Si Se Pude! Yes We Can! As Corliss Park rehabilitation evolves, I think back 8 years ago when I was told not to waste my time trying to refurbish it because nobody cares about it but I persisted and 4 year ago shared my vision With Lori A. Mello who had been advocating for the park over 20 years and we agreed to partner and then recruited newly elected Councilman David Salvatore who immediately the possibilities, and agreed to join us and make the park part of his community development agenda and today Corliss Park is 90% refurbish. Obviously people cared, as theyre utilizing the park more and other local institutions are partnering.
