Sichuan Sweet and Sour Fish crispy chicken and broccoli with An oriental sauce . I grew up in Hong Kong some of my cooking is inspired by the taste I grew up with As a family one of favorite places to visit was Sichuan restraint that served a crispy fish this is one dish I have replicated and to me is my signature dish in general Scucuan cuisine is famous for tis hot flavor the use of the spicy Suchuan pepper but here I have made the fish in a sweet and sour sauce
