Sick and tired of this UPS store in Key Plaza nickle and dimeing me to death. I ship A LOT out of there and they keep hitting me for additional charges continually. Biggest Gripe is the insurance I have to pay. Figure this! I give a parcel to UPS. I put it in THEIR CARE and trust them to get it to a specific destination and they want to CHARGE ME EXTRA MONEY to INSURE that THEY get it to that destination!! Save a trip to the post office? Twice the price plus an extra five bucks if you want a tracking number - and the Post Office comes there an picks up the mail. Well, I have had good luck with FEDEX (delivery to my door) and I am certainly going to start using them for my deliveries and see what happens. Tired of being nickle and dimed for every little thing!!!!! Might even be better to stand in line for an extra few minutes at the post office! NO MAS Store # 1471!!!
