Sickeningly, routine. This isnt the first video of officers using excessive force against someones car to get a person out. Admittedly, from the video, we dont know what they claim was justification for this, other than a seat belt violation. But if he were a wanted felon, and not threatening anyone, why does does have to be escalated, in a car occupied by children? Cop friends, weigh in please? Ill listen.
