Sid update 1/9/15 Many people have inquired and it has been some time since I last posted on Sids situation. So here it is. This week marked the end of the 5th week of his first post surgery 5 week cycle. Three more cycles (15 weeks) to go!!!! The past two weeks of chemo have gone very well. A little sick New Years Day but overall he had a really good two weeks. His chemo went very smoothly this week as well. He has not been sick and his levels seem to be dropping quickly. Against what is a normal pathway, Sid seems to be able to clear the chemo faster with each treatment. Doctors say this is not normal. Obviously prayers from the many people are being answered. God truly amazes each day. We are thankful and humbled by the continued support and prayers being offered by so many. Sid goes back in next week for a short week of chemo, but chemotherapy that is typically pretty rough. He then will have a two week break before another three week stint!!! So as of right now, Sid is 25% complete of post surgery chemo!!!!! Making progress each day! So we are praying for continued minor side effects and no mouth sores from the current chemo regime. Sores typically show up within the next two weeks. He is a tough kid and God is awesome. Sid still rocks too!!!!
