Sierra Vista-Sierra Vista area veterans with homes in need of repair can take advantage of a new program: the Home Depot Foundation Repair Corps. In partnership with the local Habitat for Humanity, the program has been expanded to include 84 Habitat affiliates across the country. Up to $15,000 per home can be requested to perform critical home repairs. These repairs are provided through zero interest loans that must be repaid. Also, standard Habitat selection criteria applies. To date the program has aided about 250 veterans.
