Sigh - I used to be such an optimist about people ... OK, another sad story. Here is little Nature, aka Gray Sky. She ended up at the NY ACC because her owner went to jail and she was homeless. Now that he is out of jail, he doesnt want her back because she will be spayed, and she is no good to him if she cant have babies. (Gritting teeth) A grey pitty, no matter how sweet, no matter how blameless or harmless, does not stand a chance if a rescue does not step up. Please do not let this dog die because her former owner is a Grade A Asshole. (oops, sorry, that just slipped out!)
