Sign the petition and help free the people of Iraq and Syria from the religious oppression of ISIS. I stand with Hardwired because: No one deserves to live under the barbarism that the self-proclaimed Islamic State Caliphate requires - 100% conformity to their beliefs, including focred veiling, marriage, conversion and obedience, or religious oppression, including beheadings, floggings, confiscation of property, and forced displacement to all who refuse. No one should be forced to convert or put to death for what they believe as so many Christians, Yezidis and others opposed to ISIS have been in Iraq and Syria. No woman or child should be forced to marry against their wishes as so many Iraqi and Syrian women forced to marry terrorists have been. No one should be forced from their home and left to die of starvation and dehydration in the desert. No religious community should be subjected to genocide as the Christians and Yezidis of Iraq and Syria have been, including both the loss of human life and their religious history and holy sites. No one is safe in Iraq or Syria until the United Nations adopts a resolution declaring this massacre genocide and takes action under the UN Charter to provide immediate military and humanitraian relief to all victims. Enough is enough, Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon. The barbarism of the Islamic States ideology doesnt just threaten the existence of religious communities, it threatens the very dignity of human life and cannot be ignored. Declare this attack on religious communities genocide and stop paying lip service to human rights - do something to end it immediately.
