Sign up on isrr.org Send a self addr. stamped envelope if you cant print the form. Use the addr on the form you see on the screen. Sign up on line with registry.adoption (Aunts, uncles, cousins, adoptees, birth parents, grand parents, friends all can sign up on this and isrr.org Google the birthday city,state and word adoptee. (see who may have posted something on another database somewhere. Ask questions. All questions are important. Remember to keep your contact information with the state registry, and any registry on line updated. Remember if you change email addr to update all the groups. Keep a journal of all the places and when you signed up. Keep copies of the forms you fill out, for your records so you know what you put down with them.
