Signature HealthCARE of Greeneville announces a Community Health Fair that was hosted at their facility on Sunday, April 13, 2014. Signature HealthCARE made available free health screenings including blood pressure, respiration rates, blood glucose levels, bone density, and stress assessments. Signature HealthCARE also partnered with the local police department to provide parents with ID kits for their children that included fingerprinting. The event included freshly grilled hamburgers and hot dogs that people could purchase to benefit residents by raising funds for activities, outings and a special vacation to Panama City Florida with other residents from facilities across the country. Signature was privileged to have provided an opportunity for residents, staff, family members, and the broader community to learn more about their health by hosting the Health Fair. Signature HealthCARE looks forward to hosting their next health fair and continuing to be leader in providing long-term health care and inpatient rehab to their community.
