Signed a very challenging client today. Diabetic with neuropathy - TopicsExpress

Signed a very challenging client today. Diabetic with neuropathy in her feet, severe knee pain, obese (hence the knee pain) and horrible anterior pelvic tilt. She said the only cardio her dr recommends is swimming. I want to use the hand crank & upright ski machine since those wont impact her knees. Also, no torso rotation exercises. Any advice on a few other exercises I can use with her? I know seated push/pull, I plan on having her do box sits on a high box, maybe TRX 1/2 squats. Stretches for tighten/over active muscles. She needs core work also but Im limited. Need to get her weight down! Any help is appreciated! :) David Hardy chime in here please! Lol
