Significance of Integrity Integrity is often misunderstood in spite of how influential it is to our outcomes each day. Integrity is a Healthy Relationship with Your Own Word; it creates an actionable pathway to being trusted by others. How do I find and maintain my Integrity? Pay attention to what you are giving your word to and keep it. Not keeping it sends a clear signal we don’t care about the person or situation we broke our word to; ESPECIALLY OUR WORD TO OURSELVES! As an exercise, keep track of what you are giving your word to for the month of January and observe how incredible you feel and how much opportunity presented itself to you in January!
