~~~Signs of the Times~~~ Sometimes the decision to stay somewhere is made due to a hardship that keeps people from doing what they want to do...which is pack up and run. There are always the strong-willed that will buckle down in the hardest of times and try to take some sort of moral stand of willing to die for what they believe in and to fight for what they have. Surely, at some point, the men and women who are truly in the position to help a dying community will realize that as the least of these pass away, it will become a chain of destruction that will in time lead to their own demise. It has been repeatedly proven that a chains weakest link must be removed or repaired or the integrity of that chain will be compromised. Many citizens of Rowan County have already taken the measures to remove Salisbury, as the weakest link, from their lives. Those that have the heart, energy and wisdom needed to put into the repair are weak in funds and authority. With corruption seeping throughout the governmental forces, from the law enforcement to the council members and God knows wherever else....wouldnt it at least be kind of us to place signs on the borders of Rowan County, Enter at Your Own Risk?
