Sigourney Weaver. speaking about personal integrity, and pretending to keep it. for someone, who as a character so adamantly b*tched about sales commissions in the Alien series, Im not gonna go and see the THREE Avatar sequels, and definitely note because she would be in it. hopefully this time she gets what she requests, but for a different reason than before (because James Cameron risks too much without any attachments to legendary movies, and Sam Worthington to himself is no Robert de Niro or Leo di Caprio to himself as they are to Martin Scorsese or Christopher Nolan) James Cameron tries to shove down our throats 3 pieces of work that so effing arrogantly he foresees as something we will swallow without protesting (or asking for refunds), shelling out for the ticket prices and digital media, to make his arrogantly optimistic business model come true. he will make lots of the feeble-minded, well-earning conformists to do that though. because since the 1980s until now he knows how to play them well, and they will play along, believing their decision was their very own. im not going for it. if someone tells you that you will love his work in 3 years, im deeply sceptical. because PAST RETURNS ARE NO INDICATION OF FUTURE RESULTS. and im not gonna swallow promises of the marketing department, because i live for the current moment. nobody tells me what i will like in 3 years. and any legendary actress who decides to sign up for James Camerons deal, is a sell-out. personal integrity, even in the retrospective, is so easily destroyed. https://au.movies.yahoo/news/article/-/24205995/sigourney-weaver-signs-up-for-avatar-sequels/
