Silas is going to cross the rainbow bridge tomo.. I am devastated that we have no proof to give Silas justice!! I feel like we have failed him not only us but the people that know what happened to him and havent came forward..Shame on you!! Abuse is a serious thing in our county and others as well.. Anyone that can beat a dog over and over as he lays there screaming can do it to anyone, even a child..I am sick and tired of the things I see in Meigs.. Starvation, abuse, neglect and abandonment like theyre a piece of garbage. If you see these things and do nothing youre just as guilty..Do you know how frustrating it is to seize a dog because she was being beat or starved and the following week they have a new pup that will endure the same fate because we have no proof to prosecute.. Its never gonna stop unless we as a community do something!
