Silent Sidekicks is looking for volunteers to help out with our Sidekick Teams Pet Partners evaluations in Lincoln, Maine on the weekend of June 28-29. Pet Partners is the national organization that trains, evaluates, and registers therapy animal teams. Requirements: -Must not be fearful of animals. -Must not have a personal relationship with any of the animals being evaluated. - Be able to interact with the animals in a positive way. -Be able to listen and take directions from evaluators, if needed. - Able to volunteer at least 3 hours on either of the days. - If under 16, have a parents or guardians permission to volunteer. -A desire to help out the Greater Lincoln community and support Silent Sidekicks, as they host the first Pet Partners evaluations in Maine! This a unpaid volunteer opportunity. Lunch will be provided. If interested in volunteering, please email Danielle at [email protected] .
