Silsden strangely quiet this morning. Theres an expectancy in the air - much less traffic of course, because our road links the A 65 and the A629, both main routes for the Tour de France. The A65 is closed for traffic today, because thats where the TDF is going, and all weve got going past us are cyclists, walkers, and the occasional car, presumably people who have parking places and Addingham dwellers. Its really interesting - were on the edge of something very big, and tomorrow well be in the middle it!
