Simple, Jesus always brought people back to basic truth. At the end of His conversation with the woman at the well Jesus says: "God is spirit; and worshippers must worship Him spiritually and truly." (John 4:24) The spirit in us longs for truth, and our spirit. in each of us, connects like a magnet to truth. That Truth is Jesus and He gives peace. What a simple and beautiful gift Jesus gave the woman at the well and all the rest of us too! Father, Help us to keep our relationship with You simple, help us to long for Truth, Your Truth sets us free. Your Truth is Yeshua/Jesus, who died to give us life. Give us wisdom to look to Yeshua, give us understanding of all Yeshua did for us. Counsel us every step we need to take today to drink of Your water. Refill us with Your Holy Spirit. Increase our knowledge of Your great love to all people who turn to You. Help us fear only You. Help us to reflect You. In Yeshua/Christ we pray and we include and ask for the peace and protection of Jerusalem. Amen
