Simple Joys, Day 12 I didnt post yesterday and am now thinking of the joys of yesterday which I carried in my heart into today. As I dove down my lane I saw a GBH out of the corner of my eye in the pond. I stopped to admire this graceful beauty standing still in the water. The blue statue stood out in contrast to the dreariness of the day. I covered an event at the Childrens Museum in Bloomsburg about the Lenape and Iraquois heritage in PA. dancing, singing, drumming,food, and more. Watching the kids take it all in was a joy. And I learned a lot which is always a joy. Stopped to visit with my friends Jody and Kerry on my way back. We had a chance to catch up, hug, laugh, and feel the love of friendship. Watched Everyones Fine while having Chinese food. A movie which brought tears and recognition and memories. We also watched Soupy Sales and My Little Margie for comic relief. And this morning, slept very late, had lox and bagels for brunch while listening to smooth jazz and reading the paper on this gloriously beautiful almost-fall day. A rhumba on the Penthouse Internet station now which makes me want to get up and dance. Happy Sunday Everyone. Treasure it...
