What would you gain by waking up 30 minutes earlier? You will have time for meditation, breakfast, or for reading a book (not a newspaper). This will certainly make you more relaxed during your day, at least for a few hours. If you are always late to work, and this causes you stress and tension, you will be able to start earlier on your way to work, and you would therefore, not be late.
