Simple and Healthy Recipe for Homemade Salad Dressing: -1 cup olive oil -1/4 cup apple cider vinegar -Dice several raw garlic cloves (as much as you like) -Dill weed to taste Shake it all together and pour it on! If you would like to use a different oil, almond, sesame, or safflower oil will work as well. Lemon juice may be substituted for apple cider vinegar. Also, if you would like to experiment with other herbs, red pepper, thyme, and similar herbs may be used instead of dill weed.
