Simple and delicious avocado pesto Youll need: A few minutes of your time A blender 1 avocado Salt,peper,juice of 1 small lemon or lime,cayenne pepper Big handfull of fresh basil leaves 2 cloves of garlic 1 handfull of cashews 1 cup of water Put all of the ingredients above in the blender and blend till smooth:) Cook the pasta,mix with the pesto and sprinkle with chilli pepper flakes,cause they go great together:)
