Menstruation or kumaperiods or kumwedzi were refered to with deregatory names and was a taboo and secret topic when we grew up.This day and age the many issues we hold as taboos could be explained to save lives. Be careful also if you send your girl to get lessons from someone who lacks knowledge...that can cause even worse harm for your childs growth and development.In their teachings some people instil fear more than critical analysis #biologicalchangesinteensdymstified
