Simple is good! For me, keeping my diet simple yet nutritious is important as I am often rushing around and Im sure you are too! Obviously I eat a whole lot of vegetables throughout the day also but in this case I was preparing a pre workout meal that is high in carbs and protein. @flavorgod seasonings make the simple foods taste good. Get yours if you havent already, they are a game changer! #flavorgod
