Simply cant understand why people are hating others for taking part in the ALS/MND challenge. Especially hating on the Ghanaian celebrities for adding a little style or twist to it. Shouldnt people be concentrating on the reason why this challenge came about in the first place and trying to find out or do a little research on it? Should all our campaigns as Ghanaians and as a matter of fact Africans be about Malaria, cholera and their kinds. They are not the only ones killing us.Why cant we also start searching for remedies and cures for those diseases in the shadows before they wipe us out. Like we have left Malaria and her friends till too/so late. Do we always have to wait for the West and its friends it bail us out? Am sure most of us have never heard of this ALS/MND stuff. Its an opportunity to find out more. Its a global disease not ethnic or racist.its affects both old and young and even at birth.it destroys the muscles and affects the motor neuron.its affects 400,000 people and kills 100,000 people including Ghanaians. Lets be serious as a people and lets try to be a bit curious about stuffs rather than always seeing the negative side of things. Malaria, cholera , ebola and its friends wouldnt be affecting us so much if we woke up a bit earlier. If you cant take part in the challenge or you feel different about it, try not to slander people who think its important.
