Since 2008 I’ve been hearing about HBIF (Hispanic Business Initiative Fund) but never paid attention to details of who they are and what they do, until recently. HBIF helps Hispanic-Owned start-up businesses or already established businesses expand. So I decided to try them out. I was skeptical about their programs being FREE..”Where’s the catch” was my thinking. I went to them with a new business venture I want to pursue in the Personal Fitness and Nutrition area called Transformacion 21, and also with the idea of expanding my current Attorney Referral Business, La Liga Latina Legal and organizing the non-profit organization I represent, La Liga Latina.
