Since 2011, Ive Improved alot with my Rapping and Freestyling skills, needless to say i made several enemies while i was coming up. This Music Industry can really be ugly and heartbreaking sometimes. I decided to give yall a Preview of a Single Im currently writing my verses to. The Hooks on this preview were recorded a few years ago with Robbie Madsen. This song is called Dear Mr. Leonard Peltier, and it will be featured on my Rob Kane Chronicles mixtape. Although my upcoming album may often speak about the hood and its ghosts/demons, i still wanted to throw music on the album that portrayed the struggle as first nations people and for those who dont know, Leonard Peltier was set up by the FBI and later accused of murdering 2 Agents during a land defending protest gone wrong in Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, South Dakota. Its obvious the FBI is hiding the truth because our people spoke before we went to war. Its been that way for many years however the government seems to think were lying.. hmm.. anyway.. a few years ago, Robbie and I got together to discuss working on another single after releasing our first collaboration, Come Home. Not long after we began our second collaboration, I helped organize a Test Their Logik concert at Sagatay in Toronto. Robbie and I decided to perform our Dear Mr. Leonard Peltier song, but at that time, we only recorded the hooks, so i had to wing it. The sound that came out of that room while we were performing, got the attention of James C. Miles, someone who wouldn normally listen to, or support Hip-Hop. He walked in and became a part of our audience. It was very uplifting to me because I then realized that my music inspired him. Heres the Exclusive Preview of my new single, Dear Mr. Leonard Peltier, featuring Robbie Madsen, youtube/watch?v=0l_eog1X6ZU
