Since 2012, weve been in the grips of a nasty aspect between volcanic Pluto in controlling Capricorn and revolutionary Uranus in maverick Aries. To say these are tumultuous times is an understatement. Protests, police brutality, gun violence, political stalemates, economic meltdowns, environmental disasters, GMOs, wars and institutionalized racism are but a few of the issues we are facing as these two orbs clash. Right now the aspect is exact and Its the old guard versus the wave of the future and we struggle to make sense of it but the horizon looks bleak. Fortunately, the moons entry into peaceful libra late Sunday evening, helped take the edge off. Libra is a cerebral air sign that attempts to foster understanding between opposing parties. But even this moons kindness and diplomacy were no match for the Uranus/Pluto square on Monday. People were seething below the surface and any charm and smooth talking came off as forced, insincere and calculated. Tuesday the Libra moon links up with the Sun in Sag and Jupiter in Leo and this helps to alleviate some of the volcanism weve been experiencing both personally and globally. The Moon also brings some clarity to some of our internal issues and some assistance from others. With jupiter in the mix, expect to be in better spirits as a little optimism is unleashed into the world. Libras ruler Venus is currently traveling through stern Capricorn making us hold back on some of our desires but the Libra moon helps us strike a balance between self discipline and self indulgence.
