Since Arise Radio, arise-radio, began its inaugural Christmas Music Marathon in 2010, many things have changed. If you remember from back then, yours truly had to be forced by the audience to launch that first marathon. I was totally against the idea of Arise Radio playing continuous Christmas music from Thanksgiving to Dec. 25. Now, I cant wait for these marathons to start and hate to see them end. Arise Radios sister station, WEZI at weziradio, is nearing the end of its 2nd Christmas Music Marathon. For another thing, The Very Limited Brain Who Maintains Arise Radio and WEZI has since gotten older and looks much uglier. Arise Radios audience has grown, and the station has developed many new relationships with all sorts of independent and unknown Christian artists and church worship leaders. One thing has not changed since Christmas music first appeared on Arise Radio in 2010---the most requested Christmas song.
