Since Crimson Blues is considering adapting a Led Zeppelin song In My Time Of Dying (because of its gospel blues origin), I felt I the need to do some research. I saw a YouTube of the song in concert, and the slide guitar bits really struck me. We might change some of the lyrics, since Zep altered the words, shall we say, in a theological vacuum. Very different from the original Blind Willie Johnson tune... I then realized that, though I currently had Led Zep IV on CD and the LP years ago as a kid, I had NO OTHER Zep albums, except for when I borrowed LPs from my High School library decades ago. This was a problem that clearly needed to be corrected. So I have on order from Amazon THREE Zep CDs: Led Zep I, Led Zep II, and Physical Graffiti. Two of the three were directly from Amazon, not an Amazon partner, so I was able to download MP3s immediately. So its been early Zep nonstop on my iPod the last few days.
