Since Eric Holder has served as Attorney General: - He has been held in Contempt of Court for refusing to hand over documents to Congress regarding the Fast and Furious scandal that resulted in the death of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry - His Justice Department used our tax dollars to deploy to Sanford, Florida and target and protest an innocent citizen--George Zimmerman. - He ignored the Supreme Court’s decision in Shelby County v. Holder and demanded that Texas clear their voting laws by the Justice Department. - He has done nothing to protect Americans who were targeted and scrutinized by the IRS, simply due to their political beliefs. As Attorney General, Eric Holder is the “chief law enforcement of the Federal Government.” Holder has instead turned his office into the key enforcement arm of the Democrat Party. Attorney General Holder continues to actively serve as the fist for President Barack Obama’s aggressive agenda of targeting his political opponents and harassing ordinary American citizens. We cannot let this continue. Holder will do everything in his power to secure the success of radical liberals in Washington, while ignoring the Constitution and American rights and freedoms.
