Since Hank ran out of dog food and of all days New Years Eve, I couldnt go get his Fromm from the pet bakery as its closed and no chain store or pet stores around our area sell it unless I go get it strictly from Fromm! Hank is VERY picky and wont touch anything besides Fromm even the super expensive all natural semi wet dog food you can get in the produce aisle will he touch. So I made him a home made dog food substitute until we can get him more. Boneless chicken breasts FINELY shredded (I used my food processor) a couple cups of cooked (not seasoned) carrots, a couple organic apples (finely chopped and peeled) and some cottage cheese on top. Got most of the nutrients he needs in just that little batch! One cup at each meal. He GOBBLED it right up and begged for more! Might consider making my own home made dog food! Going to look into recipes :)
