Since I am a nursing mother and cannot abstain from food and drink for 24 hours, I have chosen to do an internet fast. This means I wont be online tomorrow so I wanted to thank you all tonight for joining with us. Thank you for your love, thoughts, good intentions, prayers, and sacrifice for these young women. I pray they will feel of our love and desired blessings for their safe return and healing in the days, months, and years ahead. I pray for their captors, that whatever moves them to assert dominance over another will be cleansed from their life. I pray for their families that they will be comforted and strengthened. I pray for those who will work to rescue them that they will be kept safe and well. I pray for a world where girls will be free to pursue an education, a better life, and where they will be the authors of their own destiny. I also pray that my heart, mind, and hands will be moved forward and that I will no longer look upon injustice with apathy. May our collective prayers, fasts, and broken hearts bring about miracles. Bless you all for your work here.
