Since I am the cook, I began reducing these foods in our diet a few years ago and have found it to be very beneficial for reducing inflammation. I can always tell when hubby has eaten too much of any of these, his back pain intensifies. Just another simple way you can take control of your health and reduce the need for anti-inflammatory and pain meds. You have the choice to eliminate these inflammatory foods completely or just use common sense and find a healthy balance! Its not rocket science!!
