Since I dont get chronic migraines, I dont know if this will help my friends who suffer with them, but for the last two hours Ive been doubled-over in nearly vomit-inducing pain. There wasnt anything able to comfort me until I did a nasal rinse. I was shocked at the instant relief. I had been wanting to crawl in a hole and disappear and just like that, the pain was gone. Just something to consider this fall/winter with the smog and/or if you suffer with migraines.
