Since I have been asked by many regarding the upcoming special congregational meeting on Sept. 15 to consider adding staff....St. John bylaws prohibit proxy votes. In order to vote, one must attend the meeting and vote personally. The voting will be by ballot and not by show of hands. The meeting will begin shortly after the second service.
